Another School Shooting

Every life lost due to a shooting, any shooting is tragic. But why go after the right to defend yourself. Why is the left so intent on taking away the vast majority of law abiding citizens 2A rights? There are many many more deaths that are commited each year than those by guns. Drug overdose, medical malpractice, car accidents to name a few. I won’t even get into abortion. But why is the gun violence so more front and center and so much more publicity by the MSM and our Democratic and sadly some Republican law makers? Well if you were to listen to the People running for President on the Dem side you would know. Its a inch by inch regulation by regulation chip by chip infringement of yours and mine 2A Freedom. Until it gets to the point that they say you know what you don’t need a gun anymore you need to turn them in.

Thought of the Day

Article found on the internet:

Islam is a inherently violent and intolerant totalitarian theocratic ideology. There has never been a free Islamic society and flooding the West with them threatens our liberty. Only one culture has the capacity to be free, one with Christian faith, morality, reason, a commitment to liberty and economic self sufficiency, and individuals who can take the responsibility to govern their own lives. Diversity is an excuse to engage in cultural genocide against Western Civilization and to replace people with traditional values that ensure liberty with people who can be enslaved to tyranny through demographic engineering by unscrupulous global elites.

Things They Don’t Tell You about Slavery

Rich Lowry ,National Review•September 4, 2019

The same people most obsessed with slavery seem to have little interest in the full scope of its history.

There has been an effort for decades now — although with new momentum lately, as exemplified by the New York Times’ 1619 project — to identify the United States and its founding with slavery.

To the extent that this campaign excavates uncomfortable truths about our history and underlines the central role of African Americans in our nation, it is welcome. But it is often intended to undermine the legitimacy of America itself by effacing what makes it distinctive and good.

Quote of the Day

“You cannot help the poor by destroying the rich. You cannot strengthen the weak by weakening the strong. You cannot bring about prosperity by discouraging thrift. You cannot lift the wage earner up by pulling the wage payer down. You cannot further the brotherhood of man by inciting class hatred. You cannot build character and courage by taking away people’s initiative and independence. You cannot help people permanently by doing for them, what they could and should do for themselves.”  ― Abraham Lincoln

Income Inequality

Income inequality refers to the extent to which income is distributed in an uneven manner among a population. Or so many reporters and organizations suggest. Distributed by who, the Government? I think that they have the reference wrong. It should be, the extent to which income is earned in an uneven manner among a population. See the difference? Income is not something that is distributed its earned and earning a income means you have a skill set that is wanted and a job pays a certain amount for that skill. It also will depend on where you live as to what that pay may be.

Carol Roth: Millennial’s need a dose of reality

Under President Trump, things are going very well in America. After experiencing 2.9% economic growth in 2018, we are currently enjoying structurally low unemployment, with historic lows for people of color, and close to 7 million jobs that have yet to be filled. Wages are up, inflation has remained in check and while there are always exceptions to the rule, overall, people should be feeling great, right?

Well, millennials missed the memo and feel like they haven’t participated in American prosperity at all, Charlotte Alter claims in a Time Magazine cover story on Rep. Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez, D-N.Y..

Glitch in the Machine

For whatever reason I had a equipment malfunction in my proxy server. I finally got that taken care of but decided to go ahead and revamp all my servers into virtual machines. So I am now back up and running in a virtual world and although its not 100% it is getting there.

What not to Write

The people of America seem quick to judge on whatever the news of the day is. Journalist wanting to get the scoop, write and print whatever they come up with,to be the first to get the story out there. To get their name on the one story to make their career. But for the majority of readers the name of the reporter is mostly never seen, only the headline. We the readers barely finish the story before we are judging it based on our views and beliefs. It seems the reporters, nor the editors, or the readers, care if it is factually actual or not. Just slap your spin to it and paste it to the internet for the masses to react to.
