President Trump Delivers “Renewal of The American Dream” Address to Joint Session of Congress Tonight at 9 PM ET

by Jordan Conradson

President Trump will deliver his first address of his second term to a joint session of Congress tonight in what’s expected to outrage Democrats as the President recaps his historic first six weeks in office.

The new U.S. president typically addresses a Joint Session of Congress shortly after taking office, delivering what is informally known as the “State of the Union Address” or an “Address to a Joint Session of Congress.” However, this is not the official State of the Union, which is usually delivered in subsequent years.

Per Axios, Democrat lawmakers are expected to disrupt the speech with noisemaking devices and various props, including signs.

Groups within the Democratic Party are expected to wear symbolic clothing, including the Democratic Women’s Caucus dressed in pink and Female members of the Congressional Black Caucus dressed in all black.

Ukraine Caucus co-chair and Ukraine sycophant will reportedly distribute Ukraine-themed gear, such as scarves and ties, to the Democrats so they can show where their allegiance lies.

This comes as President Trump’s pause on all military aid to Ukraine is implemented after Volodymyr Zelensky came to the United States to sign a peace agreement, but he was ungrateful for the help, disrespected President Trump, and is now refusing to make peace with Russia. Earlier Monday, Trump said he has absolutely had it with Zelensky digging in his heels and refusing to come to the table to a peace agreement with Russia.

As The Gateway Pundit reported, President Trump’s theme for his address to Congress tonight is “The Renewal of The American Dream. Democrat Senator Elissa Slotkin (MI) will deliver a ‘rebuttal’ to Trump’s speech.

“TOMORROW NIGHT WILL BE BIG. I WILL TELL IT LIKE IT IS!” the President said on Truth Social Monday.

President Trump is expected to speak about fixing Biden’s inflation crisis, the wasteful spending being uncovered by the Department of Government Efficiency, Congress’s tax bill, border security, and some other exciting developments in the race to Mars and the AI race.

Jocelyn Nungary and Laken Riley’s mothers are expected to be in attendance tonight as the President touts his record on the border, already overseeing the lowest number of illegal border encounters in recorded history last month. As The Gateway Pundit reported, the 8,326 illegal border encounters in February 2025 represents a 94% decrease from the 140,641 illegals encountered at the Border under Biden and Harris in February 2024.

  • This is the kind address the Nation wanted to hear. For one hour and forty minutes the President spoke outlining his progress, as well as his plans for our future. It was reported that 37 million Americans tuned in to the broadcast and I would say the majority were well pleased in hearing just what he had to say.
The real power from his message came in the letter from President Zelensky and his now willingness to work for a peace agreement. Especially after the Democrats who were the ones who gave him false hope.
America has the President it needs to move forward out of the dark ages created by the last administration.
Hang on America we are about to take the ride of our lives.

  • I don’t expect everybody to agree on everything. We can learn from those that oppose us as well as those that agree with us. However, when those that oppose us offer no solutions, deny their own deficiencies, purposely slander and misguide another’s intentions… then those that oppose us lose their voice and their credibility. They don’t respect Democracy and they actually fear progress.

The more I observe the behavior of the Left… the better I feel about my vote to protect and preserve America. President Trump has his faults but I’m convinced he wants what we want. I voted for him not because I agree with him, I voted for him because he agrees with ME.

We have a long way to go but we’re headed in the right direction.
